I just saw the new Shop Section called Penthouse in Suite Shop and I was so excited, because finally a new room and a balcony are available for us. (SS Only, 149sd)
Do you think the price is too high, or is it good? Should it be for NonSS too?

I love it, but it's really expensive. Although, for people spending the $200 anyway, I think this will be a good way to do it! I will buy it next week, as I have already gone over $100 this week. I love the view! :)

Expensive, yes, however;
a) It's not just a background, it's TWO new rooms to add things into.
b) One is an outside view!
c) Does this NOT remind you of Manhattan or downtown Los Angeles?
d) A new thing, and limited time only (June special or something like that).
I would buy, and I already have bought because I believe this is very much worth the heavy price.
